Accept the trip invitation, view the draft trip itinerary and prepare your offer

2. Send your Offer
Review carefully the trip itinerary, prepare an offer based on client’s preferences & send your offer

3. Fine Tune Trip Offer
Amend any of the hotels, activities etc incase the client has made such a request & send your updated offer

4. Deposit payment
Deposit is due 72 hours of offer receipt. If this time frame passes, client must request an updated offer

5. Support your client throughout the trip
Make sure clients are satisfied with the trip planned. Provide support during the trip when needed

Be aware of the terms
a) Deposit payment is not refundable, b) Final payment is due 2 months before departure
The process explained
Planning a trip gets easier than ever with Touristhopper! Follow the steps below to send your offers

Accept the Trip invitation. Click on the tick icon to accept the trip invitation. Now you can see more features about the trip such as number of guests, trip budget estimation, Checkin, Checkout dates.

Send your offer to the client. Open the draft trip itinerary. At the top you can see the trip’s estimated price based on the preferences set by our trip builder and the traveller. Pick a destination to view its services (accommodation, things to do, beaches, food & drink). Look at the transportation chosen to travel from one destination to the other. Go through trip preferences (gear icon). Enter the price for your offer and save. Make sure your offer is close to the estimated trip price (preferably less). Click on the button “Send Offer”

Deposit payment. Deposit is due 72 hours of offer receipt. In the meanwhile the client gets automated email notifications to proceed with payment. If you need to communicate with the client you can do so through chat (chat icon). If the time frame of 72 hours passes and the client has not paid deposit, client must request an updated offer. If the client requests an updated offer you will be notified via email.

Reservation process explained
To book a trip you will need to pay a deposit (between 25%-40%) of the trip’s quote set by the trip designer. A deposit is required to book a trip. Once a deposit is made the trip price regarding accommodation and activities is guarrantied. The trip’s final price may be slightly altered though due to last minute changes in transportation costs. Final payment: Final payment is due 60 days before the trip begins based on the updated offer by the travel agent.
