Day 1 Athens

Arrival in Athens and private pick-up from Athens International Airport. You will be transferred to a central hotel in Athens, where you’re going to rest after your trip. Optional afternoon tour to Athens city center and dinner at a central
restaurant. Overnight in Athens.
Day 2 Athens-Dimitsana

Today is a rafting day! After breakfast, you will be transferred to Dimitsana, a picturesque mountain village in the Arcadia prefecture in Peloponnese. There, you’ll raft through natural tree tunnels of Lousios river and continue to a more challenging rafting
route in Alfios river. At the end of the route, you’ll have the chance to swim in the crystal clear water of the rivers and take photos under the impressive Vrodos waterfall. After rafting, you’ll enjoy a well-deserved hearty meal at a traditional tavern in Dimitsana. Optional afternoon tour to the quaint Karytaina and Stemnitsa villages. Overnight in Dimitsana.
Day 3 Dimitsana-Olympia

After a good breakfast, you’ll set off to the scenic Neda waterfalls for a day of river trekking. Guided by an experienced trekking expert, you’ll follow a beautiful itinerary along the banks of the Neda river. During the tour, you’re
going to swim in natural pools, explore hidden underwater caves, and take in the paradisiacal scenery. After trekking, you’re going to enjoy a nutritious picnic at a beautiful spot near the waterfalls before you head to Olympia to spend the night.
Day 4 Olympia-Kefalonia

Today, you’ll be transferred to Kyllini, from where you’ll take a ferry to Kefalonia island. After checking in at your seaside hotel in Kefalonia, you will be transferred to Melissani Cave. At Melissani Cave, you’ll take a boat ride in
the underground lake and see the stalactites hanging from the rocks, the turquoise waters of the lake, and the lush vegetation. The boat will pass from the center of the cave, where you’ll have the chance to marvel at how the sun enters the cave from a hole on its roof. After the tour, you’ll be transferred to your hotel and have the rest of the day free. Overnight in Kefalonia.
Day 5 Kefalonia-Lefkada

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the port, where you’ll catch a ferry to Lefkada. Upon your arrival in Lefkada, you’ll be transferred to your hotel close to the beach. After checking in, you have the rest of the
day free. You can explore the island, spend the day at the beach, try water sports, or get your heart rate racing with extreme sports -our travel guides can arrange anything for you! Overnight in Lefkada.
Day 6 Lefkada

Today, you’ll discover the wilderness of Lefkada via trekking! Starting from Charadiatika, a small village near Nidri, you’ll follow a trekking path that passes through the lush natural landscape of Lefkada: the beautiful Alatros gorge, the river, natural springs, and
little waterfalls. After the tour, you can enjoy a hearty meal at a traditional tavern. Overnight in Lefkada.
Day 7 Lefkada-Meteora

After breakfast, you’ll head to the final destination of the adventure trip: Meteora. Once you’ve settled in at your traditional hotel in nature, you’re free to spend a leisurely day relaxing and taking in the scenery or you can explore
Kalambaka city. Overnight in Meteora.
Day 8 Meteora

Today, you’ll embark on a hiking tour to the monasteries and the towering rocks of Meteora. During the tour, you’ll have the chance to climb up to the top of the imposing rock formations, visit some monasteries, walk through forests,
and follow the paths that the monks used to follow. You’ll also learn about the history of the monasteries and the unique geology of the area. After the hike, you’ll enjoy a delicious meal at a tavern before reaching your base for the night. Overnight in Meteora.
Day 9 Meteora-Athens

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Athens, where you can continue your holidays in Greece. If you’re planning to go to a Greek island or head back home, our driver can transfer you to the port or the airport.

Rafting, river trekking, hiking, and sightseeing.

We were a group of five people of different ages and levels of experience. We all loved this adventure and felt comfortable during the activities. The trip included many beaches and some beautiful hiking paths that can be modified depending on how challenging you want them to be. We highly recommend that you follow the most advanced paths, if you can. They are full of hidden gems!

We loved every minute of our Peloponnese and Ionian adventure.

We didn’t know what to expect from this trip, as we didn’t have much experience in active holidays, but we loved all the activities and the places we visited. Our guides were very professional and kind. They modified the paths and activities that were very challenging so that they could match our experience level and made our trip so much fun. The food was amazing, too! Highly recommended!

We booked this trip because we wanted to visit both the Greek mainland and the exotic Ionian islands. We had an amazing time! We hiked, we did rafting, we swam in rivers and exotic beaches, did trekking, and many more fun activities. We really loved the fairytale boat ride in the Melissani Cave and the stunning rock formations in Meteora. We highly recommend this trip!
