Day 1 Venice

Arrival in Venice and private pick-up from Venice International Airport by one of our drivers, who’ll whisk you to the hotel of your choice. After checking in at your hotel, you’ll have the rest of the day free to explore
the city and follow its infamous waterways. After your stroll, you can sit at a romantic restaurant and savor authentic Italian pasta or pizza. Overnight in Venice.
Day 2 Venice

Today, an experienced guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a food tour in Venice. The first stop of the tour will be the infamous Rialto market, where you’ll walk through the stalls and taste
fresh fruit and vegetables. Then, you’re going to explore the city center and discover the hidden gastronomic gems of Venice, including hip restaurants, gelaterias, and wineries. At the end of the tour, you’ll savor cicchetti (Italian tapas) accompanied by the locals’ favorite cocktail, the Aperol Spritz. Overnight in Venice.
Day 3 Venice-Bologna

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Bologna, a city famous for its culinary scene and medieval architecture. You’ll check in at your hotel and go on a walking tour through the city center. During the tour, you’ll discover Bologna’s main
points of interest and sample local delicacies, like cured meats, Parmigiano Reggiano, Spaghetti Bolognese, and balsamic vinegar. After the tour, you’ll have the remainder of the day free. Overnight in Bologna.
Day 4 Bologna-San Gimignano

Today, you’ll be off to the next destination of this culinary trip: San Gimignano. On your way to San Gimignano, you’ll make a stop to Siena for a scoop or two of gelato and a quick stroll in the town.
You’ll finally arrive at San Gimignano, where you can relax at the hotel that will be your base for the next two nights. Overnight in San Gimignano.
Day 5 San Gimignano

After breakfast, you’ll embark on a wine and saffron tour in San Gimignano to discover the hidden gems of Tuscan gastronomy. The tour will start at the Vernaccia vineyards, where you’ll visit a traditional winery. Guided by an experienced sommelier,
you’ll taste some of the best Tuscan wine varieties, including the local Vernaccia di San Gimignano. After the wine tasting session, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch made of the freshest local ingredients and locally cultivated saffron. Saffron is a very popular spice in Tuscany and is used in many recipes as well as for medical reasons thanks to its healing properties. Overnight in San Gimignano.
Day 6 San Gimignano-Montepulciano

Today, you’ll be transferred to the next stop of this trip: Montepulciano. Montepulciano is an idyllic medieval town located on the hillsides of Tuscany among olive groves and vineyards. After you have checked in at your hotel, you’ll go on
a wine tour at the Tuscan vineyards and enjoy a wine tasting session guided by a local sommelier. The day will close with a delicious dinner accompanied by local wines. Overnight in Montepulciano.
Day 7 Montepulciano

After breakfast, you’ll embark on a day trip to the UNESCO-listed Pienza town. Famous for its Renaissance architecture, culture, and food, Pienza will make you feel transported to another era. During the tour, you’ll visit the main attractions of Pienza
and taste the best local delicacies, including the infamous pecorino of Pienza cheese, handmade pasta, and wine. Overnight in Montepulciano.
Day 8 Montepulciano-Rome

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Rome, where you’ll catch a flight back home or to your next destination.
